Spatex unveils programming for 2019 show

Spatex has revealed details of its programming for its 2019 show.

The 23 edition of Spatex will play host to 22 education sessions, designed by the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers, covering more than 18 different topics across the water leisure sector.

The event, which will take place between 29 and 31 January at the Ricoh Arena, Ericsson Exhibition Hall in Coventry, will feature 28 speakers discussing a diverse range of topics including: the impact of Brexit on the transport of dangerous goods, canine hydrotherapy and microbiological testing.

Speakers will include Howard Gosling, FISPE; Dr Alison Wills, Hartpury College; Liz Holmes, Commercial Spa Strategies and Richard Lamburn, Swim England.

The event will also play host to a trade show floor, where exhibitors from across the industry will showcase new products and services. Villeroy & Boch, Certikin, Aqua Waterhouse, Fairlocks and Superior Spas will also be exhibiting, as well as a host of new exhibitors, including: Blue Whale Spa, Clearwater Swimming Pools, Contech UK, Hydro-Flux Aqua Products, Pacifica Breeze, Princess Spas Ltd, Recotherm Ltd, Rockford, Spa Solutions, Mosaic Spa Company, Institute of Swimming, MSPA, Guangzhou Taisheng Sanitary Ware, Pool Products Ltd., Water ID and Sunbeach Spas.

In addition, ISPE will be holding 'Mega-Demos' that will enable delegates to test equipment and learn more about water testing, as well as a live demonstration for pool engineers on the installation, service and repair of filters and pumps for domestic pools.

Spatex will also be holding an 'oriental-themed' networking party on Wednesday 20 January, where delegates will have the opportunity to make new contact.
